El estándar nacional provisional (ENP) de Cuba se adaptó al contexto nacional, tomando en consideración las diversas condiciones ambientales, sociales y geográficas de bosques y plantaciones del país y entrará en vigor el 15 de diciembre de 2021.

La nueva ronda de verificación de operaciones de okoumé abarcará las declaraciones FSC hechas entre 1º de enero de 2019 y el 31 de diciembre de 2019. La fecha límite para que los titulares de certificados presenten los datos solicitados de la verificación de operaciones es el 29 de septiembre de 2020.
El FSC está actualizando las Listas de Pesticidas Altamente Peligrosos con base en los criterios, indicadores, umbrales y fuentes vigentes mediante un proceso acelerado de modificación tal y como aparece descrito en el FSC-PRO-01-001 Desarrollo y Modificación de Requisitos FSC.
La versión modificada del Estándar Nacional de Manejo Forestal Responsable (ENMFR) del FSC para Suecia es aplicable a todo tipo de bosques, incluyendo bosques pequeños y con manejo de baja intensidad. El estándar entrará en vigor el 1º de octubre de 2020.
