FSC invita a todos los actores interesados a participar en una serie de seminarios web en torno a la revisión en curso de los Principios y Criterios (PyC), los Indicadores Genéricos Internacionales (IGI) y otros documentos normativos sobre manejo forestal.
Invitamos a todos los actores sociales a comentar el primer borrador de los Requisitos laborales básicos de FSC para la certificación de la cadena de custodia y los estándares de evaluación de la cadena de custodia. La consulta se abre el 30 de enero de 2020, y la fecha límite para hacer comentarios es el 30 de marzo de 2020.
Se anima a los miembros internacionales del FSC a presentar sus candidaturas para los puestos del Comité de Políticas y Estándares (CPE), vigentes durante un período de dos años. La fecha límite de presentación de solicitudes es el 7 de mayo de 2021. Las funciones comenzarán el 1 de septiembre de 2021.

Las modificaciones de los Estándares de Manejo Forestal Responsable están en curso, y todos los estándares existentes se transferirán a los Principios y Criterios revisados de la versión 5-2.
