Después de varios años de debates y consultas a actores interesados locales que emprendió el FSC–Francia, un Estándar de Manejo Forestal Responsable para bosques de la Guayana Francesa fue publicado y 5 de Septiembre ha entrado en vigor.
El Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) anuncia el inicio de una consulta pública para el proceso de modificación en curso de los procedimientos del FSC de quejas (FSC-PRO-01-008) y apelaciones (FSC-PRO-01-005) e invita a los actores interesados a hacer comentarios y recomendaciones sobre un conjunto específico de temas asociados con el proceso de modificación.
