In this session, we launched the agenda for the Motion Discussions in 2022 and we presented the results of the Prioritization Survey for the discussion of FSC Policy Motions 2022.
Our members also had the opportunity to start the discussion with the motion’s proposers and members. The motions that were discussed in this session are:
FSC requires to set aside large areas – within a default level of 80 per cent – of the intact forest landscapes within management units. The additional guidance advises standard developers in situations that require deviating from this default threshold.
