The FSC International Board of Directors decided earlier this year to postpone the 9th FSC General Assembly considering the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 and to protect the health of the organization’s members, staff, supporters, and others. In 2021, elections will be held for FSC members to appoint six new (or re-elected) members to the FSC International Board of Directors. Nomination period of candidates for the ‘Environmental North’, ‘Social South’ and ‘Economic South’ seat is extended for 30 days. Members are requested to send nominations to the FSC Secretariat by 2 March 2021.
