In this session, we launched the agenda for the Motion Discussions in 2022 and we presented the results of the Prioritization Survey for the discussion of FSC Policy Motions 2022.

In both global events, we presented the voting prioritization survey results, the agenda for the launch of the Statutory Requirements, an overview of all the motion discussions in 2020/2021, and the next steps of the motions process. Additionally, members were able to ask questions regarding the upcoming activities towards the Virtual GA 2021.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, FSC has extended the transition period of ten national standards and of some of the requirements in the Pesticides Policy.
The FSC International Board of Directors decided earlier this year to postpone the 9th FSC General Assembly considering the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 and to protect the health of the organization’s members, staff, supporters, and others.
