At this year’s CB Meeting in May, CBs presented the difficulties in implementing the new Forest Management (FM) digital audit reporting template in the timeframe previously specified.
The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and Assurance Services International (ASI) are launching a transaction verification (TV) loop on supply chains of all types of wood in Vietnam. The TV loop will include forest management (FM) certificate holders in the scope, in addition to specific types of chain of custody (COC) certificate holders.
FSC is proud to announce that Zandra Martinez, from Oaxaca, Mexico, has been appointed as the Chairperson of the International Board of Directors for the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). Zandra will also be supported by Janne Näräkkä and Per Larsson as Vice Chairs and Ivone Satsuki Namikawa as Treasurer.
